Julie Pace
Executive Editor
We are pleased to welcome Julie Pace as one of the speakers at the NHH Symposium 2025 ⚖️.
In a world that is becoming increasingly unbalanced, the value of a trustworthy press has never been more important.
As Executive Editor and Senior Vice President of the Associated Press (AP), Pace has played a central role in leading one of the world’s most trusted news organizations. Pace joined AP in 2007 as a video producer and became AP's first political multimedia journalist, covering the 2008 presidential election and later serving as chief White House correspondent.
Before her current role, Pace was the Washington bureau chief, where she led coverage of key political events, including the Trump administration, Biden’s White House, and national security issues. Pace has also been a strong advocate for press freedom and transparency in reporting, overseeing efforts to enhance AP’s fact-checking operations and explanatory journalism.
