Kjerstin Braathen has been CEO of DNB since 2019. She joined the company in 1999 and has since been associated with various parts of the DNB Group, including as CFO, Executive Vice President for Corporate Market Norway, as well as chairman of several DNB companies. This gives her extensive experience in banking and finance, specializing in shipping, offshore and logistics.

In addition to this, Braathen has been central to DNB's work on sustainable investments and energy transformation, which makes her an important contributor in discussions about sustainability and finance.
