The NHH-Symposium offers a free shuttlebus between airport, hotel and the conference at NHH.

When?

Banquet will commence at Grand Bergen at 07:00 pm

What?

To begin with, there will be an aperitif, mingling, and cellar games, followed by a delicious 3-course menu and, of course, plenty of good wine. Along the way, there will be various entertaining features in NHHS-style, and we will round off the dinner around 11:30 pm. An after-party is also arranged in Grand's function rooms until 1:00 am for those who wish to continue the festivities!

Information about hotel stays

Check-in

Check-in will take place after the first conference day is over. Transportation has been arranged from NHH to Hotel Zander K for relaxation before the banquet. Are you coming directly from Flesland with luggage? Don't worry, you can check it in at the conference reception, and they will take care of your belongings during the conference.

Transport

Buses have been arranged to and from the hotel in accordance with the schedule. If you want to travel to/from outside the set times, you can take both bus 12 and 300 from the city station, while taxis are available right outside the door. More information about bus times can be found below under "TRANSPORT".

Food

The hotel stay includes breakfast, lunch will be served at the school on both days, and dinner on March 22nd will be served at the banquet.

Baggage

We have a separate luggage storage arrangement at NHH until the buses return to the SympHotel.

Check-out

For those who depart the 23/03 after the conference needs to check out in the morning before the conference. baggage can be placed at NHH. Otherwise check-out is 11:00 latest.
